Golf Physiotherapy
Golf may look smooth, but it places complex demands on the body. The swing requires strength, balance, rotational mobility, and precise control. Even small imbalances or restrictions can lead to pain, compensation, or a drop in performance.
At Optimize Physiotherapy, we work with golfers to improve movement quality, reduce strain, and build long-term physical resilience. The goal is to help you play better, feel better, and enjoy more time on the course.
Physiotherapy for Golfers
Our golf-specific physiotherapy is built around understanding your swing mechanics and identifying what may be limiting your performance or causing pain. Whether you are managing an injury or looking to prevent one, we tailor your treatment to your needs, goals, and game.

We treat:
- Lower back pain
- Hip stiffness
- Shoulder pain or rotator cuff injuries
- Elbow and wrist strain
- Reduced rotational mobility
- Core stability and postural control
Your physiotherapy treatment may include a combination of dry needling, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, shockwave therapy, and functional strength work. Every tool we use is selected to help you move better, swing more freely, and play with less pain.
