I've always had shoulder pain and assumed it was something I needed to 'live with' as doctors and other physios had suggested surgeries (which I didn't want) and past exercises never seemed to work. Aaron was able to assess my injury, interpret my medical tests and explain them to me in a way that I understood. He came up with a treatment plan and explained why each exercise was important and how they would help me reach my goals. I've since been able to decrease my pain and can prepare appropriately for more demanding training sessions. Aaron took the time to understand my goals and developed a targeted approach to minimizing the impact of my injury on my daily life, allowing me to continue to do the things I enjoy.
